• Data usage follows our Privacy Policy. Anonymous data may be used to optimize algorithms and industry trend analysis.

KOLINK does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for third-party actions (e.g., KOL conduct) or collaboration disputes.

• KOLINK may modify services or terms at any time, with updates effective immediately upon posting.
• Accounts violating these terms may be terminated without prior notice.

Disputes are governed by Hong Kong law and resolved exclusively by the Hong Kong Government.
